Particle monitoring requirements vary significantly depending on the environment, the particles being measured and the way the sensing system will be integrated. TERA Sensor develops three complementary OEM sensing platforms, each built around a specific measurement context. NextPM addresses compact PM monitoring where humidity, particle-size discrimination and long-term operation matter. NextPM Advanced adds controlled sampling for ducts and higher concentrations. Sensor SafyrOPC provides calibrated particle counting for cleanroom and contamination-monitoring systems. Across the range, the focus remains the same: documented performance, integration support and control of the measurement conditions that influence the final data.
NextPM is a compact optical particle sensor measuring PM1, PM2.5 and PM10 together with five particle-size bins.
It was developed for monitoring systems and OEM applications where compact integration must be combined with control of humidity effects, particle-size discrimination and long-term contamination.
Used in environmental monitoring, indoor air quality, industrial equipment and scientific measurement systems.

This configuration is intended for applications where the sampling flow must be controlled independently from the surrounding airflow, including HVAC ducts, industrial systems and higher-concentration environments.
